Five years in a private-equity environment, working on industrial and service businesses across Europe: financial models, due diligence, and the reporting that comes after a deal closes. I kept meeting the same problem from the inside: the numbers a board needs are produced by hand, by people too senior to be producing them, out of systems nobody wants to touch. Since 2024 I have built those systems myself, through my own company.
